katelyn ice
CEO & Founder
Katelyn Ice is the founder and creative lead behind Ice Design Studio, a Southern Indiana-based marketing agency built for businesses that want bold strategy without the big-agency ego. With more than a decade of experience in design and brand strategy, Katelyn is passionate about helping businesses and nonprofits show up with confidence, clarity, and purpose.
She’s a big believer in the power of community and often helps clients weave local connection into their marketing approach. Katelyn also serves on the board of United Way of Knox County and mentors young creatives chasing their dream careers in design.
Outside the studio, Katelyn lives in Vincennes, Indiana with her husband Roy and their two kids, Lockhart (7) and Elsie (4). She’s always up for a new adventure—whether it’s exploring new places, catching a Broadway show, or setting sail on a Disney cruise. Her favorite meal is pad thai, crab rangoon, and black cherry ice cream in a waffle cone!

Katie is the brain behind the scroll-stopping content and the heart behind your brand’s voice. With a sharp eye for strategy and a deep understanding of what engages audiences, she helps clients show up with confidence and consistency online. From content calendars to captions that connect, Katie makes social media feel less like a chore—and more like a power move.
When she isn’t behind a phone tripod, you can find Katie reading a good book at home, doing a fun craft with her friends, or watching Bob’s Burgers. She loves spending time with her husband, Eric and their cat, Sushi (named after her favorite food!).

Born and raised in Knox County, Matt brings a sharp creative eye and a serious depth of experience to our team. A South Knox grad and Navy veteran, Matt was deployed to the Far East as a nuclear reactor operator. He returned home in 2018 and has since built a career helping local businesses tell their stories through photo and video. Matt is a trusted visual storyteller and a dedicated volunteer numerous local organizations.
Active in the community, Matt volunteers with the Vincennes Historical Half Marathon, is a member of the Northwest Territory Art Guild, and manages the Vincennes Public Sculpture Project. He and his fiancée Suzi are expecting their first child in January.
